How it works

Less searching.
More teaching.

From weekly classes to a new workshop, we start with what you actually need.

An early, hands-on pilot by Alchemy Creative. Every match starts with a conversation.

01

Tell us what you need.

Your activity, area, dates, group size and budget. Plus the things you can’t compromise on.

02

We check the fit.

We ask venues about the slot, complete hire cost, layout and practical requirements. We make clear what’s confirmed and what still needs checking.

03

You book directly.

Compare any suitable options we find. You agree the hire, payment and terms with the venue. No guaranteed matches or reserved dates.

No two classes need
the same room.

From space to move to a table to make something, the practical details shape your shortlist.

What are
you planning?

A regular dance class. A hands-on workshop. Your next training day.

Start with a short brief. The pilot search is free for organisers, and any venue hire is agreed separately.

Participating venues may pay an agreed introduction fee. We’ll disclose any commercial relationship before recommending an option.

Where do you need a space?

Describe the room. Please leave out attendees’ personal or health details.

We’ll use this to confirm receipt and respond to your enquiry.

We’ll review your brief. Sending it doesn’t reserve a room or commit you to a booking.

Room for
something new?

Have a room that could work for a regular class, workshop or training session?

We’re inviting venue teams in Liverpool and Manchester to discuss the spaces and slots they want to fill. Tell us what fits your space, who approves hires and the details organisers need to know.

The pilot proposal

No listing subscription. We’re testing a successful-introduction fee of 10% of net hire revenue collected for the first agreed booking block, capped at £75.

Any fee and attribution terms must be separately agreed before an introduction. You keep control of suitability, bookings and payment.

Let’s talk about your space

A few useful answers

Before we
make room.

Is this a booking website?

It’s an early manual room-matching pilot. We start with your brief and check possible options with venues. There’s no live availability calendar or instant booking; any hire is confirmed and agreed directly with the venue.

What does it cost organisers?

The pilot room search is free for organisers. You pay any agreed room hire directly to the venue. Participating venues may pay us an agreed introduction fee, which we’ll disclose before recommending an option.

Can you help with a recurring class?

That’s the main idea. Tell us the start date, day, time, frequency and length of the booking block, including setup and pack-down. Suitability and each date still need the venue’s confirmation.

Which areas do you cover?

We’re starting in Liverpool and Manchester, including nearby areas where they fit your travel radius. Tell us the location you need. Coverage is developing, and we can’t promise a suitable space for every brief.

Who’s behind Room for Classes?

It’s a pilot by Alchemy Creative, led by Danny Tanase in Liverpool. You can contact Danny at [email protected] or find out more at Alchemy Creative.
